What is the MT2 5x10mg Bundle?

Each unit consists of 10 mg of freeze-dried powder (lyophilisate), white to off-white in color, in a sealed glass vial with a butyl rubber septum and an aluminium shrink cap. The lyophilisate is hygroscopic; exposure to ambient moisture can lead to clumping and adversely affect the analytical baseline. For this reason, the vials remain closed until they are taken into processing in the laboratory.

The sealed lyophilisate should be stored at 2–8 °C, in a dark and dry place, in the original packaging. Allow a refrigerated vial to reach ambient temperature before opening to limit condensation on the powder, and limit temperature fluctuations. In addition, the usual laboratory precautions apply: a clean work surface, gloves and eye protection, and recording of the batch number and opening date in the lab journal.
