What is the Lean Performance Bundle?

The set bundles three molecules with different structures. IGF-1 LR3 (Long [Arg³]-IGF-I) is a recombinant protein analog of human IGF-1 with 83 amino acids: arginine replaces glutamic acid at position 3 and the N-terminus carries a thirteen-residue extension. CJC-1295 without DAC, systematically modified GRF(1-29), is a 29-amino acid analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone with substitutions at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27, which stabilize the chain against enzymatic cleavage. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide with the sequence Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH₂.

In research models, the three compounds act at different sites. IGF-1 LR3 is described in vitro as an agonist of the IGF-1 receptor, with a low affinity for binding proteins (IGFBPs), ensuring it remains largely freely available in cell culture. CJC-1295 without DAC binds to the GHRH receptor in cell models; Ipamorelin selectively targets the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a) in vitro. Three targets within a single signaling pathway make the set useful in comparative structure-activity studies.
