Keep the full identity together
A product name alone may not identify an exact catalogue item. Read the name together with its strength, concentration, quantity, pack size and format wherever those details are present.
Before adding an item
- Confirm the exact product name.
- Confirm every number and unit, including mg, mcg, mL or IU.
- Confirm the selected variation shown beside the add-to-cart control.
- Review the cart to make sure the same variation remains visible.
If information is unclear
Do not infer a strength from the product image alone. Use the product information on the live listing or contact support with the exact product name and the detail you need to confirm.
